I am very blessed to have learnt many tools under my belt do this for example teaching powerful breath work exercises to my clients’ empowering them to learn on how to cope with stress, anxiety and chronic pain.
The best feeling in the world is when I see my clients’ leave their session with more clarity 💃✨✨✨ feeling lighter and refreshed, as if their whole entire nervous system just received a huge car wash.
Clearing all the negative beliefs, stress, thoughts and anxiety from their body.
But that is just the tip of the Iceberg of what I can 😉 do during a session.
